Q1: Could you please introduce the brands of solar energy, inverters and batteries of your company?
A: The inverters are developed by our company independently. For the batteries, we use Class A battery cells and assemble and debug them ourselves. The photovoltaic panels are distributed under the brand of Jinko (a globally leading brand).

Q2: I already have (photovoltaic panels, inverters, battery packs), can I continue to use them and just purchase some of your products to use in conjunction?
A: Yes .You can use them. However, we need to know the parameters of your equipment. Could you please tell us the (power capacity) of your (photovoltaic panels, inverters, battery packs), how many years they have been in use, what brand they are, and what is your maximum load? If you are not sure about these information, you can send us photos (labels and appearance) of the products.
Q3: How long can your energy storage batteries last and how long is the warranty period?
A: The A-type cells used in our battery packs have an expiration period due to the nature of batteries. If you use them under normal load conditions (at the standard discharge rate), the battery degradation rate will not exceed 20% over a period of ten years. This means that after ten years of use, your 10-degree battery will still retain no less than 8 degrees of electricity. Additionally, we offer a five-year warranty period. During the warranty period, if any issues arise, we will provide free maintenance or replacement.
Q4:Can we use solar panels alone to supply power without combining with energy storage batteries?
It is possible, but it is not recommended to do so. This is because energy storage batteries can ensure the stability of the power supply system. If we directly use solar panels for power supply, it may cause fluctuations in the power system in case of sudden poor lighting conditions (such as when clouds block the sunlight).
